Privacy Issues/Invasion of Privacy

I have been lately takeing down notes for my own personal use when I become a manager at McDonalds Kaitaia. I had a notebook that I used to make my own personal notes. I left my blue notebook at work and this notebook was found by a manager and that manager preceeded to read it and therefore made certian assumptions about it's contents, and then went around spreading wild and false accusations about what I was doing with this notebook. While I have not said anything, and one manager has accussed me of stuff I have no idea on what they are talking about because of this othr manager, has forced me to not trust any manager at all, excluding 2, and to not trust any crew at all as well excluding a few, all because of this one manager.
